⚠️ Please note: construction work is underway nearby, which can sometimes cause noise. This is beyond our control, but we prefer to be transparent so that guests are informed. Please note: access to Burj Park is currently restricted and fountain shows are temporarily unavailable due to renovations.

Other things to note
In accordance with local legislation, we will need a copy of each customer's passport when checking in (shared via chat). This copy will be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Trade Marketing) portal.

If we do not receive these documents before your arrival, the building reception may refuse you access, which will delay your arrival, and we decline all responsibility.

🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a fine of AED 1,500, as we will have to thoroughly clean the curtains, bed, sofa and carpet.

🚫 Parties and noisy gatherings are prohibited. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and immediately alert building security in the event of a disturbance.

🐾 Pets are NOT allowed.

🔑 Loss of an access card, parking remote control or building key will incur a penalty of AED 500 per lost item.
