The space
🏠 This brand-new one-bedroom apartment at Paragon by IGO offers an elegant, modern design:
- a queen-size bed
- a spacious living room with a 65″ Smart TV
- a fully equipped kitchen.

The highlight is the partial view of the Burj Khalifa, combined with a smart home system and secure smart lock access.

⚠️ Please note: construction work is underway nearby, which may sometimes cause noise during the day or night. This is beyond our control, but we prefer to be transparent so that guests are informed. Please note: access to Burj Park is currently restricted and fountain shows are temporarily unavailable due to renovation work.

Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a fine of AED 1,500, as we will have to thoroughly clean the curtains, bed, sofa and carpet. 🚫 Parties and noisy gatherings are forbidden. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and immediately alert building security in the event of a disturbance. 🐾 Pets are NOT allowed. 🔑 Loss of an access card, parking remote control or building key will incur a penalty of AED 500 per lost item. 🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands and take care not to stain the sofa, mattress or carpet.
