and a fully equipped kitchen.

Its major asset: a view of the Business Bay district, combined with a home automation system and secure access via a connected lock.

⚠️ Please note: construction work is in progress nearby and may cause noise pollution day and night. We have no control over this, but would like to keep you fully informed.

Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a fine of AED 1,500, as we will have to thoroughly clean the curtains, bed, sofa and carpet. 🚫 Parties and noisy gatherings are forbidden. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and immediately alert building security in the event of a disturbance. 🐾 Pets are NOT allowed. 🔑 Loss of an access card, parking remote control or building key will incur a penalty of AED 500 per lost item. 🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands and take care not to stain the sofa, mattress or carpet.
