In the JVC district, you'll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by lush gardens, offering you a much-needed sense of serenity in the bustling metropolis of Dubai. Everything you need to make the most of your stay in Dubai.

The space
The apartment is freshly furnished and decorated with a connected TV, comfortable furnishings, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and more. It has a spacious living room lit by large windows.
The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need for your stay.

A very comfortable queen-size bed, linen and a set of towels are provided, as well as a bathroom with welcome products.
The apartment has all the facilities you need for a perfect stay in Dubai.

This apartment is registered with the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).

🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a fine of AED 1,500, as we will have to thoroughly clean the curtains, bed, sofa and carpet.

🚫 Parties and noisy gatherings are prohibited. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and immediately alert building security in the event of a disturbance.

🐾 Pets are NOT allowed.

🔑 Loss of an access card, parking remote control or building key will incur a penalty of AED 500 per lost item.
