Welcome to this cosy studio apartment at Pantheon Elysee 2 in Jumeirah Village Circle. The space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality with an open plan, bright living area, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchenette. The building offers a number of amenities, including a gym and swimming pool (closed until further notice), perfect for enhancing your stay.

The JVC district boasts a friendly atmosphere, lush green parks and a wide range of shops. It's also ideally located for easy access to Dubai's iconic Marina, Downtown and beach districts.

Guests have access to the entire studio as well as to the residence's common areas. For regulatory reasons, a copy of each guest's passport must be submitted prior to arrival in order to register the reservation with the DTCM. Without these documents, access to the building may be refused by reception. Please respect the tranquility of the premises, the rules of the condominium and local legislation. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and parties are forbidden.

Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a fine of AED 1,500, as we will have to thoroughly clean the curtains, bed, sofa and carpet. 🚫 No parties or noisy gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and immediately alert building security in the event of a disturbance. 🐾 Pets are not allowed. 🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes or building keys will be charged AED 500 each. 🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands and take care not to stain the sofa, mattress or carpet.
