This studio is located in JVC,
5 minutes from the Circle Mall,

and 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

In the JVC district, you'll appreciate the calm of the neighborhood, surrounded by lush gardens, which will bring you the serenity you need in a bustling metropolis like Dubai. Everything you need to make the most of your stay in Dubai.

The space
The apartment is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. It includes a TV, comfortable furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc. The living room is spacious and bright thanks to large windows.
The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need for your stay.

A very comfortable queen-size bed, linen and a set of towels are provided, as well as a bathroom with welcome products.
The apartment has all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay in Dubai.

*Construction work is possible in the vicinity.

Guest access
Only building residents have free access to the tower's gym and outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers.
Other things to note
In accordance with local legislation, we will require a copy of each guest's passport upon check-in (shared via chat). This copy will be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Trade Marketing) portal. If we do not receive these documents before your arrival, the building reception may refuse you access, which will delay your arrival and we decline all responsibility.

This apartment is registered with the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).

House rules include respect for neighbors, Dubai laws and regulations, house rules and furniture. No partying! No smoking.

Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a fine of AED 1,500, as we will have to thoroughly clean the curtains, bed, sofa and carpet. 🚫 Parties and noisy gatherings are forbidden. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and immediately alert building security in the event of a disturbance. 🐾 Pets are NOT allowed. 🔑 Loss of an access card, parking remote control or building key will incur a penalty of AED 500 per lost item. 🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands and take care not to stain the sofa, mattress or carpet.
