Public transport options are available, but we recommend renting a car or using a cab for easy exploration.

In accordance with local legislation, we will need a copy of each customer's passport when checking in (shared via chat). This copy will be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Trade Marketing) portal. If we do not receive these documents before your arrival, the building reception may refuse you access, which will delay your arrival and we decline all responsibility.

This apartment is registered with the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).

Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a fine of AED 1,500, as we will have to thoroughly clean the curtains, bed, sofa and carpet. 🚫 Parties and noisy gatherings are forbidden. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and immediately alert building security in the event of a disturbance. 🐾 Pets are NOT allowed. 🔑 Loss of an access card, parking remote control or building key will incur a penalty of AED 500 per lost item. 🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands and take care not to stain the sofa, mattress or carpet.
