⚠️ THE COMMUNITY POOL IS CLOSED FROM SEPTEMBER 3 TO 26 ❌

- Living area: Equipped with a large sofa and dining area with connected TV. A guest toilet is conveniently located in the living room.

- Bedroom 1: Features a king-size bed (180×200) with en-suite full bathroom with connected TV.

- Bedroom 2: Features a king-size bed (180×200) with a full en-suite bathroom.

- Bedroom 3: Features a queen-size bed (160×200) with a full en-suite bathroom (small shower, essentially a maid's room).

- Kitchen: Fully equipped for preparing meals.

- Balcony: Outdoor relaxation area and PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL! PLEASE NOTE: Weekly pool maintenance is scheduled every THURSDAY between 11am and 12pm.

- Parking space: Dedicated parking space for added convenience.

- Amenities: Offers Wi-Fi and 24-hour security, located on the residential side for greater privacy. Communal pool, gym, mini-golf, children's playground and sauna :-)

Other things to note
In accordance with local legislation, we will require a copy of each customer's passport upon check-in (shared via chat). This copy will be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Trade Marketing) portal. If we do not receive these documents before your arrival, the building reception may refuse you access, which will delay your arrival and we decline all responsibility.

This apartment is registered with the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).

House rules include respect for neighbors, Dubai laws and regulations, house rules and furniture. No partying! No smoking.
