🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a fine of 1500 AED, as I will have to thoroughly clean the curtains, bed, sofa and carpet.

🔑 In the event of lost access or parking cards, a replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for each item.

Other things to note
In accordance with local legislation, we will need a copy of each customer's passport when checking in (shared via chat). This copy will be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Trade Marketing) portal.
If we do not receive these documents before your arrival, the building reception may refuse you access, which will delay your arrival, and we decline all responsibility.

This apartment is registered with the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).
