The address is ideal for exploring the city: 10 minutes to Circle Mall, 20 minutes to Dubai Marina, 25 minutes to Dubai Mall and 28 minutes to Dubai International Airport. You'll enjoy a peaceful environment surrounded by gardens, a rare atmosphere in the bustling energy of the metropolis.

The accommodation
The studio has been designed to combine comfort and modernity. You'll find a spacious, bright main room with large windows, tastefully furnished and equipped with a connected TV, comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. The integrated kitchen with its contemporary design contains everything you need to prepare your meals independently, from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with quality linen and towels. The bathroom features modern amenities and essential toiletries.

🔑 Loss of an access card, parking remote control or building key will incur a penalty of AED 500 per lost item.
