If we do not receive these documents before your arrival, the building reception may refuse you access, which will delay your arrival and we decline all responsibility.

I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and immediately alert building security in the event of a disturbance. 🐾 Pets are NOT allowed. 🔑 Loss of an access card, parking remote control or building key will incur a penalty of AED 500 per lost item. 🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands and take care not to stain the sofa, mattress or carpet.
