Our Downtown Views apartment in Dubai has two well-appointed bedrooms, offering a comfortable and relaxing experience. The living room is spacious, perfect for relaxing or socializing, and is graced with large windows that frame the vibrant cityscape. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, catering to all your culinary needs. The rooms are carefully designed to offer both comfort and functionality, ensuring a pleasant stay, whether you're traveling for business or pleasure.

You have access to all the building's amenities, including a swimming pool and gym. ⚠️ THE POOL IS CLOSED FROM July 29 to August 8 ❌ -

⚠️ Note: For this property, our presence is required at check-in. Therefore, we need to know your exact arrival time in advance. Check-in after 10 pm will incur an additional charge of AED 200.

In accordance with local legislation, we will require a copy of the passport of all guests checking in (shared via chat), which will be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Trade Marketing) portal. If we do not receive the documents before check-in, building reception may refuse you access, delaying your check-in, for which we cannot be held responsible. House rules include respect for neighbors, Dubai laws and regulations, house rules and furnishings. No partying! SMOKING PROHIBITED.

I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and immediately alert building security in the event of a disturbance. 🐾 Pets are NOT allowed. 🔑 Loss of an access card, parking remote control or building key will incur a penalty of AED 500 per lost item. 🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands and take care not to stain the sofa, mattress or carpet.
