🛌 Step into a refined apartment designed by Elie Saab, where every detail combines elegance and comfort:
- Master bedroom with Super King bed (200×200), en-suite bathroom with bathtub 🛁
- Second bedroom with King bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom with modern shower 🚿
- Elegant living room with large balcony offering stunning sea views 🌊
- Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, coffee machine, cooking utensils)
- Guest shower room for added convenience
- High-speed Wi-Fi for working and streaming movies

Guest access
🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a fine of AED 1,500, as I will have to thoroughly clean the curtains, bed, sofa and carpet.

🔑 In the event of lost access or parking cards, a replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for each item.

Other things to note
In accordance with local legislation, we will need a copy of each customer's passport when checking in (shared via chat). This copy will be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Trade Marketing) portal.
If we do not receive these documents before your arrival, the building reception may refuse you access, which will delay your arrival, and we decline all responsibility.
