Refund policy
Introduction :
At Hellobnb, we understand that the unexpected can happen. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair to all parties. We invite you to read it carefully.
This policy applies to reservations made directly with Hellobnb via our website, e-mail or telephone. For bookings made via third-party platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), the cancellation policy of the relevant platform prevails.
Cancellation by the Customer (Renter) :
We mainly offer a standard cancellation policy. Special offers or promotional rates may be subject to a "non-refundable" policy, which will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
a. Standard Cancellation Policy (Flexible Fare)
The amount of the refund depends on the date you cancel your reservation in relation to your scheduled arrival date (check-in at 3:00 pm, Dubai time).
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 100% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained by Hellobnb.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival date: No refund will be made. The full amount of the reservation is due and retained by Hellobnb.
b. No-show or early departure
No refunds will be given for no-shows on the day of arrival.
If the customer decides to leave the accommodation before the scheduled departure date, any unused nights will not be reimbursed.
c. Non-refundable" reservations
Some of our properties may be offered at a preferential rate and marked "Non-Refundable". As the name implies, these bookings are non-refundable and non-modifiable, regardless of the date of cancellation.
Cancellation procedure :
To be valid, all cancellation requests must be notified in writing and sent to our e-mail address: contact@hellobnb.ae.
The date and time of receipt of the cancellation e-mail will determine the applicable refund schedule. We will send you confirmation of your cancellation by return e-mail.
Reservation changes :
Any request to change dates is considered as a cancellation followed by a new reservation. It is subject to our cancellation conditions and depends on availability and rates applicable to the new dates requested.
